Cover art for the "Streets of Fire" CD. Fun movie! When I wrote "Doing Time In The Blue Shadows" I knew from the first word what the title would be. It was inspired by a little ditty by that name by The Blasters, which was in the Streets of Fire movie soundtrack. Nice film. Universal Studios is being a scumbag of a corporation on the issue of allowing clips from the movie to be shown, but you can hear the song here at this safe for work link. Great music to write the story by, bet it works for reading it too.
